TO DO 2
Yes, some FAQs should surface for multiple audiences. To avoid duplicate rows, I added a multi_select property “Also relevant to” and used it on the new items. Primary “Audience” stays singular for ownership and view filters, while “Also relevant to” lets the same FAQ appear in multiple audience views without creating copies.
What I did just now
- Added “Also relevant to” to the FAQ schema and used it when creating the new entries.
- Inserted the new FAQs, skipping duplicates and cross-tagging where appropriate.
If you like this pattern, I can:
- Update your audience‑filtered views to include items where Audience = X OR Also relevant to contains X.
- Backfill “Also relevant to” on earlier entries.
Audience Terminology glossary
Use these exact labels in the FAQ database. Keep the primary Audience singular, and add any other applicable audiences under "Also relevant to".

Notes
- Prefer these labels over ad-hoc variations. If a question fits multiple audiences, set one primary Audience and use "Also relevant to" for the rest.
- If a new audience emerges repeatedly, add it here first, then we can add it to the database schema after confirmation.

- Volunteers confirming shifts, pickups, or routes
- Prospective Volunteers
- Prospective Grous to volunteer
